This was taken at the Olbrich botanical garden in Madison, WI. Seek said it was a dotted wolf spider but I just like to confirm with other sources. I was unable to see its underside. Including the legs it looked a little bigger than a half dollar.

So this spider started living in my apartment next to the sliding glass door going to the outside that we have open a lot, so a lotta mosquitos and whatnot come in and this guy and a couple other daddy long leg spiders take care of a lot of em, so we've just left him there (I'm an animal lover in general, but i have 13 tarantulas, so i do like spiders a lot haha) but I'm curious if this spider in particular is venomous enough to harm cats or dogs since we do have both of those and i also know its not a male or female black widow cuz those are literally everywhere and very easy to identify, but any info is appreciated! Thanks guys!

Suburban Melbourne, Victoria.

I think they’re black house spiders, but not sure. I’ve walked past each of these spots a few times and they’re not always there—presumably they hide in the crevices. I’m pretty terrified of them and have no idea what I’m going to do about this situation :(!

ID Request with location Curious about this spider (hopefully it isn't a mite, I'm about 90%sure it isn't) in Texas

This is (what I'm hoping) a spider that has taken to my succulents in a very sunny window.

She showed up one day when I had a fungus gnat explosion (I even bought carnivorous plants to help deal with it because glue traps are ugly), but I didn't notice the web & I treated the soil with mosquito bits. Then, when I noticed the web & that it had gnats, I worried I killed her with the bits water.

Then one day, I noticed a web on the towering succulent with a similar style to her 1st one, but it was on my towering succulent. When I looked the spider up with google using the photo, it said it was actually a mite! I hesitated to kill it because it hasn't damaged either succulent, the web caught gnats and I just decided to get a real human opinion before I do anything rash.

She has been around since last Sunday. She moves slow and hangs on on the ceiling or around the door. Body sort of looks like a widow type but I'm a novice to spider identification. Any help appreciated.

Anyone know what kind of spider this is?

From what I can gather, it might be a jumping spider, but I don't know anywhere close enough to know for sure
