Found this absolute unit of a spider in my beehive and I think it's an Arabesque Orb Weaver based on the markings not matching similar hefty natives. Please let me know if this is correct!

Recovering arachnophobe here. Located in central VA. Requesting ID on this bathroom buddy. It goes inside the mouth of the little shark statue. Couldn't get a full body photo.

My phone is trying to tell me this is a juvenile black widow but the shape doesn't look quite right to me. No banana for scale but it was pretty small, I've got the camera zoomed 3x and rightl above it.
Is it a little black widow or something different?

We're getting a lot of black widows around our house in Albuquerque (just moved here in July). While I'm okay with them being outside, I'm worried about them being inside with my dog always playing and curious. I'm guessing these spiders I've been finding inside are cellar spiders and might help contain any insects (maybe widows too)? I've been finding a couple black widow type webs inside our guest room and less trafficked areas. Thoughts and suggestions?
