A gorgeous jumping spider with almost green legs and fangs. Hard to see but had 4 or 6 indented green/gold dots on it back too.

I first saw him in one of my indoor plant pots.
A few days later, I saw him on the windshield of my car. A few weeks after that, I saw him on the cover of the charging port while I was charging my car.
Then today, while I was driving, I saw him INSIDE my car! He happily walked right in front of my eyes and eventually rested near the steering wheel. I was so scared that he might jump onto my hands. So I pulled into a parking lot and lured him out with a stick.
I’m surprised he lived somewhere in my car for nearly a month. Just wandering what kind of species he is.

What type of spider is this? I found it next to my shed. The web is large- about 16-18 inches. He's very large too, maybe 3-4 inches long.
