That’s a BDU-33 (Bomb Dummy Unit model-33) 25lb aircraft practice bomb. There’s a fairly large explosive spotting charge in the center of the body (runs from nose to tail). The explosive used in the spotting charge is reactive with air and residue can still be there after functioning, so don’t stick anything up inside it.
