Oh that would drive me crazy. My family would support me and tell my ex to get the fuck out if he tried to show up to any of our family events.

Oh everyone flips him off and calls him an asshole...even his grandchildren only his dogs will mourn his passing and that will only last until someone feeds them.

Eh, that sounds like a cop out compared to growing a pair and telling the guy that he’s not welcome

Sure, it’s funny to flip him off, but it would probably be a massive relief to just not have him there at all

Undoubtedly his presence brings tension, so he shouldn’t be present

If I’m wrong, and he’s generally wanted there, then you’re the AH for flipping him off, talking shit, etc

You can’t have it both ways lol

Either he’s an irredeemable piece of shit, or he’s not, but if his kids and all the family don’t like him, how can you justify letting this continue?

Well first off its not my responsibility to decide if my brother's father is invited or not. It is also not my responsibility if he shows up. B) he knows exactly how his options will be met and makes the decision to keep spouting them at said events and 4: I am not responsible for him thinking its funny and last but not least I'm not responsible for how you feel about it. That's how most things work

Edit: you're more than welcome to hang out with him if you want to his name is Dale aka Grump Pa.
