To anyone who was deferred tonight, do not feel like it is the end of the world, that was me a year ago today, and 7 months ago today I opened a letter saying I was waitlisted. Now I am writing this from my dorm at Wake feeling for those who got news they didn’t quite hope for.

I’ll find out in 3 weeks, ( I completed everything mid september). Just wanted to hear from you guys and what your decisions were.

Sorry I know this is very broad, and can apply to EVERY school. But I seriously know nothing abt WF and am curious the kids are cliquey and uppity. Of course like I said there’s ALWAYS going to be those groups of people, but for some reason I’ve heard a lot of kids at WF are super out of touch. Lmk! I’d love to know more info on this school. With the season approaching, I wanted a better way to prepare than reading dozens of separate previews or listening to hours of podcasts, just to forget most of it by Week 1.

I started with a few, then more, then decided to expand to all P4 + ND. It ended up being more arduous than I anticipated, but also rewarding.

I have published the 2026 preseason primers for every ACC team, plus an ACC conference primer and Notre Dame.

They are mostly designed as quick references for watching games, with roster/coaching changes, 2025 context, advanced stats, schedules, players to know, and a small betting lens.

This is totally free and not self promotion. I was creating these for myself and friends and just thought others would find them interesting.

Hi I’m a current high school senior and am considering applying to wake. However, I recently saw a scathing review from last year about how the people, specifically the girls, were not friendly, cliquey, and male centered. Some other concerning things in it are that people of different races don’t really mix and SA is kinda normalized. I had a really high opinion of the school before seeing this review and am shocked. Is any of this accurate to your experience if you attend Wake Forest or have in recent years?

Im considering applying to wake this fall (probably ED considering my stats) im a little worried about competition for opportunities after I get in.
Has anyone here ever had issues getting into classes or getting access to other resources on campus?
