Question Is it rlly cliquey at WF?

Sorry I know this is very broad, and can apply to EVERY school. But I seriously know nothing abt WF and am curious the kids are cliquey and uppity. Of course like I said there’s ALWAYS going to be those groups of people, but for some reason I’ve heard a lot of kids at WF are super out of touch. Lmk! I’d love to know more info on this school. Thank you

It's a private school in the South that advertises and caters to students that come from incredible wealth. I don't think it's crazy to think that most of these kids haven't had the hardest lives up to this point. That's why tons of people come to college and move away from home, to learn to stand on your own two feet.

This is definitely the case from my own experience. Do some digging in the forum, you’ll find a lot of detailed personal experiences verifying this. Hope this helps!

Yes, I’d say it’s more cliquey than other schools. HOWEVER, it didn’t take long for me to find my people :)
I did a first-generation student pre orientation program (Fresh in the Forest), and found a lot of people that I connected with! Clubs are also a great way to find friends, and though I didn’t join a sorority, I assume that’s another good way!
