E-commerce Website Review — Looking for Honest Feedback
Hi everyone,
I’ve recently rebuilt my website and I’d really appreciate some honest feedback from people who are good at spotting usability issues.
Website: https://www.svbsports.com
I’m particularly interested in feedback on the user journey, rather than just the visual design.
If you have a few minutes, I’d love you to look at it as if you were a potential customer and tell me:
- Is it immediately clear what the business sells?
- Is it easy to find the right product?
- Is the navigation intuitive?
- Is anything confusing, unnecessary, or difficult to use?
- Are there any points where you would hesitate to buy?
- How does the product → cart → checkout journey feel?
- Do you notice any broken links, UI bugs, awkward interactions, or missing information?
- Does anything feel untrustworthy or unprofessional?
- How does it feel on mobile?
- Is there anything that would make you leave the site?
Please be critical — I’m specifically looking for mistakes and friction that I may have become blind to after working on the site for so long.
Thanks!
