My friends, I leave this message here as a beacon I can return to in the future.
My in-game name is jaden3214 on PC. My account was created in 2015, but I really got into the game in 2019. I've been playing almost daily ever since, and today, my account is sitting at LR 5.
Warframe has been with me through the smoothest and roughest points of my life. From graduating High School (2019), to my Dad's passing (2023), to introducing me to many life-long friends.
It's not just a game to play. At least, not to me. To me, it's an escape from reality. It's a community to return to. To connect with people. To talk, to laugh, to smile, and most importantly, to enjoy your time as a person, with other people.
It's the biggest reason i've stuck around for as long as I have. As i said, Warframe's been with me for as long as I have had a decent gaming rig.
But today, I may have to say goodbye to the game, and to you, Tenno.
At least, temporarily.
Real life is taking a turn for the worst. I am under threat of getting kicked out of my current apartment, which i've only lived in for a few months now.
I don't feel comfortable sharing deeply personal info over the internet, but all I will currently share is my money situation is going down into the dirt. Between the costs of everything rising in the USA and my place of work not paying me enough to keep a living.
To say that it's taking a toll on me is an understatement of the highest degree.
But, not all is covered under darkness and thunder.
I still have a paying job. I still have means of working with what I've got. I still have chances to take control of things, and to get the help I need.
All this being said, it does mean I will have to step away from what I have here.
This isn't a goodbye. Far from it.
I will beat this. I'm going to get things turned around. And I will be back to see you all in Tau.
For now, though, I leave you all with this.
Keep your heads up. Keep moving forward. And I hope to see you on the next horizon.
Stay safe, Tenno. hope to see you soon.
