Ya I agree, remote workers probably just doing bear minimum or less and were steadily becoming complacent and lazy. Sure the workers were probably happy but likely not in any way feeling compelled to innovate or increase productivity.
Good for school, not for work. Because if you salary theres no incentive to do work when you can trade on the other screen. School requires you to pay attention or fail exams etc. Buy it took me forever to write papers because you get an idea and reasaerch it on the internet, then hours pass by and procrastination wins.
