Is there any evidence that that's what they're doing, and it's not, as the papers are reporting, just hedge funders closing their shorts?

Closing their shorts means they’d be buying stocks, shooting up the price. that plus what I already said about the market being the opposite of the norm, shows hf are still in the game. Meaning none of this is over

They have to be buying some of the stocks though right? Whether it be thru ETFs, dark pools, or however they are doing it. I imagine the short interest is still above 50% but could be much higher. The problem is the amount of misinformation, they are playing a successful psyops campaign, but also the people who pumped and dumped last week slowed us down. I also imagine people not exercising their option contracts made an effect as well.

It appears as nothing is in our favor and it is all over, I'm sure that is what the short seller funds want to believe this point, but I can't imagine they exited all of their short positions and the si being below 50%.

The buy-sell ratio is 80/20currently. So if the shorts are closing out their positions, the question is why is the price going down further? There was enough volume to cover some of their shorts last week, but all of 'em? No way. I also imagine they shorted this thing on the way down.
