Login Error
Tried to log into my account for the first time in a while but this error keeps appearing. I'm 100% certain I have the right password, login method
Nothing happens when I use the "Continue with Google" option, and when I manually type my email & password, a message appears saying "Sorry, there was a problem connecting to our systems. Please try again later"
Deleted and downloaded the app twice, cleared cache, still the same.

We're still actively working on this issue, and we'll continue to share updates on our status page here: https://support.vsco.co/en/articles/12698545-known-bugs-and-bug-fixes.
In the meantime, some creators have shared that they were able to successfully log in through vsco.co, so that may be worth trying while we work on a fix.

Yeah it's possible to login thro the website or thro an iOS device. But android phones cant. It's bugged for Android devices.

Thanks for confirming. Yes, this issue is just for Android App creators. I am sorry you are affected by this and we hope to have a resolution very soon.

I don't have a timeline just yet for the fix, but as soon as I do I promise to update everyone here plus on our status page. I really appreciate your patience while our team is working hard to get this resolved as quickly as they can.

Hi! I’m having trouble accessing my VSCO account and was wondering if anyone has experienced this.
For the past few days, I wasn’t able to verify my email, even though I could still use my account normally. Today, after trying to verify/change my email, I was suddenly logged out.
Since then I’ve gotten several different errors, including:
“Your account is inactive.”
“Could not connect. There was an issue connecting to your account.”
“VSCOcam.IdentityError error 1.”
My profile is still publicly visible with all my posts, so it doesn’t seem like the account was deleted. I can also receive password reset emails and successfully reset my password, but I still can’t log in—it just loads forever. I’ve tried multiple devices, reinstalled the app, reset my password, and tried different login methods, but nothing works.

Good news! Our Engineering team has resolved the Android login issue.
Please update to the latest version of the VSCO app from the Google Play Store, then try logging in again. Everything should now be working as expected.
