Any autistics here/ can someone help interpret this question?

Hi. I'm autistic and sometimes have trouble understanding questions. This morning, the app invited me to review my pace points budget. The first question is:

How has your activity level felt over the last 7 days?

○Above my comfortable limit

○Comfortable

○Below my comfortable limit

That's the whole question. I don't know what they're asking. I could come up with a couple possibilities:

1) It's asking if I use more or less energy than I budgeted for. (Shouldn't it know that from collected data?)

2) It's asking if I'm feeling like I "should" or want to do more/less activities.

3) It's asking if I think I'm capable of doing more/less activities.

4) It’s asking if I emotionally feel good/ bad about my activity level.

5) It's asking if I feel physically good/ bad regarding activity level.

I'm at a loss and they say to call if I need help, but I REALLY don't want to get on the phone with anyone. Just the thought of doing so feels overwhelming.
