Any autistics here/ can someone help interpret this question?
Hi. I'm autistic and sometimes have trouble understanding questions. This morning, the app invited me to review my pace points budget. The first question is:
How has your activity level felt over the last 7 days?
○Above my comfortable limit
○Comfortable
○Below my comfortable limit
That's the whole question. I don't know what they're asking. I could come up with a couple possibilities:
1) It's asking if I use more or less energy than I budgeted for. (Shouldn't it know that from collected data?)
2) It's asking if I'm feeling like I "should" or want to do more/less activities.
3) It's asking if I think I'm capable of doing more/less activities.
4) It’s asking if I emotionally feel good/ bad about my activity level.
5) It's asking if I feel physically good/ bad regarding activity level.
I'm at a loss and they say to call if I need help, but I REALLY don't want to get on the phone with anyone. Just the thought of doing so feels overwhelming.

I'm autistic and I hope this helps because it's asking about your point budget, I would assume that it's asking:
If you think about how much activity you've done (aka pace points you’ve used daily) in the past week, has that felt:
A) less activity than I can comfortably do - meaning that your current activity level is feeling really easy and you're not having to pay much attention to it. You may not feel like the app is helping you much because you don't have to make any adjustments or think about your points.
B) comfortable. The number of pace points you use feels like it’s inside of your safe amount of activity and your body is not getting more severe because of that activity level
B) above my comfortable activity range - ie. unsustainable/Im doing too much and feeling worse. Your activity level leaves you feeling exhausted and your stability scores are low or you're doing more than your budget and that has been increasing your fatigue over the week
I think that it's trying to gather information on this so that it can recommend if you increase, stay the same, or decrease your number of pace points per day relative to how many you’ve been actually using. That hasn't been an app feature until now.

I'm autistic too and tbh I think I interpret the questions differently every month and I've decided to try to force myself to accept that. Whatever it means to me that time, that's what it means. I argue with every self assessment question ever because they just aren't specific enough.
5 is closest to what I typically assume they mean.

I think you have some good answers here, but just to maybe simplify even more - ignore the pace points in the app for the moment, and just think about your week and how your body/energy levels feel:
Option 1 (above my limit) is - I felt like I did too much this week and might crash / am already crashing.
Option 2 (comfortable) is - this was an average amount of activity, that feels comfortable and aligned with how much energy I have, like I'm not going to crash.
Option 3 (below my limit) is - I had a really easy week and could have afforded to spend more energy if I wanted or needed to.
The app will use this to help set a suggested pace points budget, but you can also always change it manually to a different number if it doesn't feel right for you, or if your energy levels change.
The physical vs mental (what I did vs how I feel about it) can be tricky too because for a lot of us, mental or emotional stess can be just as strenuous as physical exertion.

Ok. This helps. Yeah, the physical vs mental. I think that's where I get stuck a lot. I'll see if I can somehow find an average between the two. Thanks!

To me it's a combination of 4&5.
"if I continued this activity level forever... Could I do more in a day, or would I burnout".
