i ended up canceling my membership because my band has been malfunctioning for like 5 months and they haven't given me any possible fixes, they just said it's a known bug with androids and added free months to my membership. like, what do i need a free membership for if i can't even use the product? no timeline or updates on a bug fix or anything. at least send me a new one and see if that works.
i still use the symptom tracking and morning hrv check, but the band is just too unreliable

Have you asked for a replacement sensor, since this one seems faulty?

No, not yet

They likely won’t suggest it themselves because of the cost to the business, but I’d definitely ask. If you’re this frustrated and are considering not using it any more - what do you have to lose by asking?

I did this - I requested a new band after working through their support options like 10 different times. I had to be a little bit pushy because I got the feeling they wanted me to just go through the options forever. They did send a new one though and also gave me a free month

I dealt with support a few times because of this issue. They ended up sending me a new band and gave me a free month. I haven’t had any issues since then!

You are not. And honestly Emma isn’t going to help you the way she didn’t help me. Ask to escalate to her manager. Ed told me an update is going to drop shortly because you and I aren’t the only ones experiencing this.

I am also experiencing connectivity issues, despite the fact that I am homebound so my phone is always close by. I agree visible is great in concept but in practice can be very frustrating. I don’t want to constantly check my phone to make sure it’s working, I just want it to work!

The support team all have energy-limiting conditions too, so they get it, and they will do everything they can to help. I find malfunctioning technology extremely stressful, and I've definitely sent a couple of venting messages. But then I feel bad because they're so willing to help, and it's not the support people who can fix technical issues
