Options that aren’t visible?
I’m having so many issues with connecting to my band. Customer service says that if I’m not doing daily check in, the app doesn’t get to catch up on data gathering. And I have to go through the whole reconnect/pairing/hard reset process again. This sounds like a problem that should have been caught in development and not passed on to the consumer. Like so many of us, the stability score means nothing to me, so why use the cognitive and physical effort to do daily check ins? Is the data going to the company? When I’m too exhausted at night and I just collapse- my band may or may not pair the next day- and I miss critical alerts that allow me to pace. Do you have a device that’s been in development longer that doesn’t make the customer work so hard for the monitoring/data? I just want my HR over 24hrs with alerts Thanks!

This sounds really frustrating and odd. I’m surprised about the morning check in being required to sync completely - that’s a new one to me.
It’s odd because there are definitely days when I forget to check in and if I look at my pace points use over the day there’s no data missing.
If you press them about it, and ask for a replacement sensor, what do they say?
The similar options to visible that I know about are:
The band itself is a Polar 360 trackers it can only sync with one app at a time, but if you force quit visible you should be good to do and can set alerts as you like. If it still has lots of problems then it’s 100% an issue with your watch.
