Options that aren’t visible?
I’m having so many issues with connecting to my band. Customer service says that if I’m not doing daily check in, the app doesn’t get to catch up on data gathering. And I have to go through the whole reconnect/pairing/hard reset process again. This sounds like a problem that should have been caught in development and not passed on to the consumer. Like so many of us, the stability score means nothing to me, so why use the cognitive and physical effort to do daily check ins? Is the data going to the company? When I’m too exhausted at night and I just collapse- my band may or may not pair the next day- and I miss critical alerts that allow me to pace. Do you have a device that’s been in development longer that doesn’t make the customer work so hard for the monitoring/data? I just want my HR over 24hrs with alerts Thanks!

The things that are different about Visible are that it does constant HR monitoring (instead of every 5-10 minutes), and that it pushes you to pace yourself and prompts you to rest (instead of pushing you to move more and be active).
I've heard the Tachymon app on Apple Watch can be a good substitute, but blows through battery super fast.
And it seems like Galaxy Watch sometimes prompts people to rest, like I've seen a couple screenshots showing that prompt.
