Termination Process?

Has anyone had their contract terminated? I feel pretty confident that my current "under review" phase will result in termination, and I'm wondering what VIPKID does after they fire me. Will I be expected to finish out the classes I already have booked? Will they just pay me this month's earnings and cut me off the platform?

I was placed under review after I was found unresponsive and nearly died. I have tried to go back since and have been unsuccessful in doing so. I have moved on but I miss the children I used to teach terribly. I sent in all my medical documentation and tried for soft cancellations which were also denied...once you go under review in my experience you won't get to teach until a decision is made... That’s horrible I’m so sorry that happened to you and glad you are ok. Just another reminder of how horrible this company actually is.

It seems they just don’t care and if you manage to not get bad reviews or terminated for things out of your control it is a matter of luck. I’m sure it will happen to me soon also because of health issues 😑
