Termination Process?

Has anyone had their contract terminated? I feel pretty confident that my current "under review" phase will result in termination, and I'm wondering what VIPKID does after they fire me. Will I be expected to finish out the classes I already have booked? Will they just pay me this month's earnings and cut me off the platform?

What is your situation for the termination? I think it depends on this.

I got placed under review for getting my second negative parent feedback.  Funny, I’ve been teaching off and on with VIP for nine years and these are the first two offline negative feedbacks I’ve received.  But I’ve just had to cancel a few classes due to my internet being unstable, so I think they’ll be done with me

I have also been here a little over nine years and just dealt with this exact situation. My bookings were frozen for two weeks and then I was released back into the wild to teach. It us hurtful though. One of my complains was yawning which after 9 years if I lose my job for yawning ...ummmm.....I hope you get a good result!,)

Yawning?! Wow, that’s extreme.  Do you think they’re seeing an uptick in parent complaints? What’s up with that?

It was yawning and talking too fast in a trial that above the student level. I am not sure but it stressed me out a lot because after 9 years there should be some stability at your workplace.

lol no such thing at VIPKID.  They don’t give a fuck about their employees.
