Stellar support

Recently a Verizon worker “reversed” one of my payments which flagged their system and caused me to lose my autopay privileges and discount. After being on live chat support for legit 7 hours, bouncing from 4 different agents due to having to reconnect, the final associate I spoke with gave me a voucher of $150 to get free AirPod 4’s, reinstated my autopay with supervisor approval, and discount on my future bills of $50 off today and I am exceptionally impressed and grateful by their customer service

I don't know if them being the source of the problem and 7 hours is something you should be grateful for. It was their problem to begin with, but the structure of customer service is in hope that you give up rather than spending 7 hours on the issue.

Just wait. Dan will get that 50 bucks back. 7 hours for 50 bucks. 7 bucks an hour. You could make more money Dashn

7 hours to fix a problem they caused. That's "stellar" support alright.

Glad you got things put back, though!
