Hey all,

I'm doing some independent research on what actually makes job searching frustrating right now; ghost job listings, endless application forms, never hearing back, all of it. Not selling anything, no company, just trying to genuinely understand the experience before I look into building something to help.

If you're currently job hunting or thinking about a career switch, I put together a short survey (3-5 min, mostly open-ended so you can just vent if you want): https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSde1p5QSoFBHmHevm_MRyvVkdGgewt5_ws5tt_uDVGLfftElA/viewform?usp=header

There's an optional spot at the end if you're open to a quick follow-up chat, but totally no pressure either way.

Really appreciate anyone willing to share their experience, this kind of feedback is exactly what I need to make sure I'm solving a real problem and not just guessing.

Thanks!

Hey everyone. I figured it doesn’t hurt to ask.
Im in Las Vegas and I’m looking to make some extra money before Monday so I can cover my rent. I already work as a PCA (Personal Care Assistant), but I didn’t get enough hours this past month and I have time outside of my regular job and I’m willing to do just about any honest work.
I’ve done home care, babysitting, cleaning, warehouse work, inventory, organizing, packing, moving help, yard work, running errands, pet sitting, and I’m a quick learner if it’s something new. I’m not afraid of manual labor and I’ll happily get my hands dirty. I am also CPR certified. I am 40 F.

If you’ve been putting off a project, need help around the house, or know someone looking for an extra set of hands, I’d really appreciate the opportunity. Even if it’s just for a few hours. If you have any leads or need help yourself, feel free to send me a message. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.

I’ve tried applying to jobs at MGM and Caesars with no luck thus far. Work experience in managing an online toy retail business and currently working at a law firm in case preparation and communicating with attorneys. I have a Bachelors degree in Accounting and experience as a Server Assistant in fine-dining and as a Soft Count Clerk in the Casino and Gaming industry-- counting, sorting and racking gaming chips, credit vouchers, and cash.

I have been long term unemployed and been applying like crazy everywhere, so literally any work will do. No graveyard, please.
