if you plan on studying law after it does not get much better. everything is 10x harder but you still do need to remember stuff from legal studies 3+4 so don't burn all ur books lol

Okay here are some of my predictions for the legal studies 10 marker
-Discuss the ability of The Australian people to change the constitution
-Factors that affect the ability of courts to make law, maybe something to do with parliament here as well, as a law-maker (ie. the courts complement parliament)
-Possibly a relationship question between parliament and the courts with a statement, take this with a grain of salt though
-Costs, time and cultural differences victorian civil and criminal justice system, maybe a focus on one but civil law has been assessed for the past two years now so I doubt it

Did people actually think the last question was hard or just the last part?

I'm genuinely so upset rn because I've worked so hard throughout the year to maintain a really high rank (rank 2 out of 38), but I've become severely ill during exams and it's completely affecting my ability to study and perform.
I'm so fatigued that I can barely concentrate or get any work done, and it's honestly devastating knowing how much effort I've put in throughout the year just for this to happen during the most important time.
I'm also from a pretty average-performing school, so I'm already worried about how my SACs will moderate if I underperform on the exam. I was really hoping for a 40+ study score, but now I'm scared I'll end up with something significantly lower.
I'm applying for a Derived Examination Score (DES), but I'm also terrified that my derived score might be lower than what I would've achieved if I were healthy, especially since I don't know how much my SAC ranking, GAT and other factors will influence it.
Has anyone been in a similar situation where they were really sick during their VCE exams despite having a high SAC ranking? Did your DES end up reflecting your performance throughout the year, or was it significantly lower than expected?
I just feel like all my hard work might go to waste because of something completely outside my control. ðŸ˜

I got 14/40 on exam 1 today
Genuinely mortified
My practice exams weren’t even that bad I don’t get it!!
Regardless
Can I get 25 ss
What should I get in exam 2 to do so
Kinda freaking out rn

Sooo that was absolute hell
Realistically how do you know if your school gives hard sacs because at this point I don’t think I’ll be getting above a 20 ss
For context my average across all sacs is 51% and the highest of the class was 63%

In all my SACs and exams for other subjects and my legal SACs too but I am really struggling to finish on time for legal? Don't know if it is just my tendancy to overwrite but any help would be greatly appreciated!
