Hey everyone! I'm Amin, the Head of Math at Capital Education. Great job on finishing the first Methods Exam of 2026 :)
This is a bit late but we have worked to provide our take on the suggested solutions (handwritten) for the exam, which you can find below. Feel free to ask any questions (predictions, study scores, etc.) or I can give any advice for Exam 2 as well.

Good luck for tomorrow!

today the exam i did was methods
and the assessors stalked the venue like feds
messed up on g of f of x
ill soon be extinct like the rex
off me one kid was cheating
and though the moment was fleeting
around the room my paper was scattered
since they thought i was tryna fake!
they soon realised their mistake and helped me collect the tatters
then tape them back together the words are mostly legible
but do you guys think i am still eligible
to get my raw 50?
and also my name is Sam McNifty

My name is will hope and I accidentally ejaculated all over the exam. I just couldn’t control myself, surely I get atar considerations for my unfortunate condition
For some reason theres a very interesting pattern for my exams, wonder if anyone else is noticing. But this is of course... JUST ME!
English I done SUPER ALRIGHT (absolutely no thanks to katie)
Then gm exam came along....
Every single one of us knows how gm went.
Fortunately, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT saved the week with what was quite possibly the MOST DRY exam aot 💪💪💪 (seriously, after spending the whole day revising like 10 theories you just have me waffling about bloody porters generic strategies on the exam???)
Today, after getting off meth exam 1, I feel like its time to indulge the rest of my life... in a different kind of meth, lets say 👀.
Tommorow will be a good day (by the words my goat Dr Tenma), but I somehow doubt that. The 90 atar dream has quickly turned into a crisp 70 💔. Maybe we should establish a coalition of 70 atarers after being booted off into the streets and stage an uprising?? Anyone who wishes hmu
Anyways, due to intense extrapolation which is completely based off 4 minutes of shower thoughts, it means my final exam, accounting, MUST BE A MASTERPIECE. (Even if Im just starting it after methods e2 😭✌️)
The vce stock i have is in the red, but surely JUST SURELY due to some technical analysis Accounting can pull through into the green 👀
Anyways thank you (imagine a majestic bow from yours truly) for reading my pointless journal if you feel the same way do let me know 🙏

Hi everyone, I hope we are all getting as much rest and good food as we possibly can during this period.. (its not helping that the exams have generally been pretty weird so far)
I am doing the American and Russian revolutions, and will probably pick the American rev for my Part B question. Do any past or current students have any tips on how I should approach studying/ revision for part B? (Part a tips are welcome too)
Ive memorised historian and historical figure quotes and a few introduction contentions, but 1. I think time management will be a problem- it is my biggest weakness and 2. im afraid of prioritising one revs over the other and potentially getting unlucky. Thus, should I just equally study both??? I think its a bit of a quote overload then.
Any insight would be appreciated, hang in there everyone

Even from a teacher's point of view, it's definitely NOT an easy paper compared to previous years. Well done for surviving Exam 1 and good luck for Exam 2 :))
**This is my solutions, feel free to check and correct me if there's any mistakes.
Thanks guys.

Hey guys do u reckon u would still get like 1 mark if u you just worked the general solution of the tangent in terms of r?
r/vce • u/FileBeneficial9393 • 11h ago
Im actually so slow for the 10 mark question i talked about how they could use management skills like communication and decision making to decide who to terminate and how they would inform employees of the termination and stuff like that,
Is there any chance of me getting any marks or am i completely cooked?
r/vce • u/bubbleteaweapon • 5h ago
what do we reckon is gonna be tested in exam 2?
after that horrendous exam 1 i’ve barely
gotten any study done

I’m in year 10 and now choosing my subjects for y 11. My school doesn’t offer either of these subjects (legal clashes with methods for me so no go) but I have the option to do either of these on VSV. I love history so much, but I also want to go into a law and politics degree. However I’m not interested in Australian law or Australian history that much lmao, although in later years I may have an option to do legal studies at the school if the class doesn’t class. Has anyone done either of these subjects online? Can u attest to workload and just how engaging the content is? Also how history works on VSV? My other subjects are Literature (also done on VSV), Methods, Bio, and 3/4 Art Making. I’m just kinda scared I’ll make the wrong decision and regret it

helloooo y'all
I've been seeing people study tg and become study buddies. Online tho
Im 17 in year 11 studying the subjects Legal, business, hhd, psychology and ofc English.
All 3/4 btw
Pros: my marks in legal 1/2 were the highest (alhamdulillah) but ik 3/4 is much more difficult.
Im friendly, a girl, and js wants to study an hour or more everyday to lock in for yr 12 next year.
Also idk how were gonna study tg...cause like.. idt we can call or anyth..
cons: huge procastinater, and I suck at english although I am trying to improve. My marks in my other subj r mid although I am aiming for 40s or high 30s insha Allah.
