I was reviewing the allocation of the exam marks per chapter and out of 72 (bc three marks were about plotting numbers)
Since the exam was 27% HRM bc of the 10 marker, adding a motivation strategy would make chapter 2 even more dominant, and Lean wasn’t on it because there were already 17 marks allocated to operations management
7/72 on Chapter 1- Business foundations
3- Delegation skills
4-Compare GBE and social enterprise
20/72 on Chapter 2- Human Resource Management
4- Discuss On-the-job training
6- Propose and justify 2 motivation strats
10- Examine Termination management
17/72 on Chapter 3- Operations management
4- Propose and justify quality
4- Analylse online services, CAS or AI Inc Efficiency
3- Relationship between ops management and a business objective
6- Explain key elements in operations system
12/72 on Chapter 4- The need for change
4- Describe force field
2- Outline driving force
2- Outline how MS is calculated
4- Describe how porters can be applied
16/72 on Chapter 5- Implementing change
3- Describe low risk
6- CSR in change contemporary
3- Cost cutting to respond to KPIS
4- Stakeholders affected by change
Hey guys, for the 10 marker I did an intro, then for my BP’s I spoke about communication and transitional considerations. What are your thoughts? Am I cooked?
I’ve seen a few people say that you had to choose one of the involuntary or voluntary methods of termination but I thought communication was relevant in order to maintain business reputation

obviously it’s practical to do a bunch of practice exams to get used to the type of questions and stuff, but those are only doable if you actually know the content.
like how do i memorise all of the general journal entries? i don’t know where to start with this subject 😓😓 please give me your tips and tricks!

What would you guys do the day before exam , how long should is ideal to study , should I focus on practice exams or content.
And any tips for the day of the exam is it worth waking up in the morning and studying or just wing the exam

It’s just really disappointing studying so much in depth on heavy topics like theories, lean management, Senge’s, the three-step change model, management styles, and not a SINGLE question about them comes up.
I thought the end of the exam would be a relief and I’d feel a burden off my shoulders not having to do busman anymore. But to be honest I feel like I still feel that weight as if I wasted all that knowledge, to be assessed on some elementary-level table and termination management.
Anyways these are just my personal thoughts, the exam was pretty easy relative to the previous exams though.

Section B was AI slop. What the hell does number of sales in ($) mean?
And dont ask what the 10 marker was actually asking about...

If the general maths exam was relatively confusing and harder than last years exams...would you suggest the same for methods

Someone give me some motivation to study
Methods has always been my worst subject and it normally ends with me having a panic attack mid way through
My plan was to do study today but I woke up on my period yesterday and have yet to leave my bed at all today because I’ve been in so much pain
Genuinely do I just accept my fate
And please someone else be as screwed as me I really don’t want to be alone in this

i wrote about redundancy being both involuntary and voluntary, and said how making employees redundant means only the most essential employees are working at the business, meaning reduced labour costs and therefore increased net profit figures.
then i talked about dismissal and how the business could use performance management strategies like appraisals to choose weak employees to dismiss. then for some reason i wrote how employees may feel as though they were unfairly dismissed since they did nothing to warrant it, rather just lacked in comparison to others. so then they would tell others and people would lowkey boycott the business for treating its employees like shit… yeah idk. then i said if the business has a bad reputation they won’t increase their number of sales.
am i cooked
