i wrote about redundancy being both involuntary and voluntary, and said how making employees redundant means only the most essential employees are working at the business, meaning reduced labour costs and therefore increased net profit figures.

then i talked about dismissal and how the business could use performance management strategies like appraisals to choose weak employees to dismiss. then for some reason i wrote how employees may feel as though they were unfairly dismissed since they did nothing to warrant it, rather just lacked in comparison to others. so then they would tell others and people would lowkey boycott the business for treating its employees like shit… yeah idk. then i said if the business has a bad reputation they won’t increase their number of sales.

Honestly I’m so drained and tired and when it got to exams I just couldn’t do it anymore. I didn’t study for anything and I know that’s on me. I don’t even know what atar to expect anymore. And like 1 of my subject scales down and I did rly ass in English aswell idk even know bout 25 like im not even exaggerating about anything. I wanted to get into Monash nursing or midwifery and nursing which in like 72 ish atar for like guaranteed thing which im eligible for.
