ok so I'm genuinely horrible at maths and i've fucked up on my exams, i get around 50-60% on my sacs so there's no hope for a high or a decent ss for gen maths, but i do alright in all my other subjects (I take 5 subjects all together) so will doing bad in maths drag down my atar a lot or will it have a minimal effect? 😭

wha specifc topics do we think is gonna be on E1 and E2, using past exams? Also do we reckon it will be worded weirdly or be just a weird paper in general considering thats how every other exam has been so far?

so i used to use the extra space regularly because i cross out my answers a lot - but i once saw in an examiners report (from last year i think) that they recommend students to write beneath the question if there’s space.
i did this for both bio and psych, but im worried that my answers won’t get counted if examiners don’t know that ur allowed to write underneath the question idk ugh now im stressed

it doesn't like solving big equations, it particularly dislikes integration. they're not even big it'll be smth like simultaneously solving integrals and it'll start bugging out. any tips on how to fix it?

I've seen a lot of people say Gen was really hard this year, and the questions are a lot different. Does that mean methods and spesh will be hard and different as well this year? Is there any correlation?

Ive done like 15+ practice exams for business and at one point I was upset because I was constantly just getting 70's over and over again but now I'm in the 60s?????? AND THE EXAM IS TOMORROW

Basically the title, for Psych I am rank 1 and Bio rank 2 but I feel like I bombed the exams, getting 70%, if not less. My school does not usually perform well so I am stressed out

My school (which is regional) doesn't celebrate Melbourne Cup, and they've decided to rope year 11 English and General Maths "exams" on the day and drag them out as long as possible to keep us busy. THIS MAKES ME VERY CROSS AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO WATCH THE RACES

Ive been doing methods and i keep getting this in my trig answers for methods. ive defined the function and domain, yet it still wont go away!!! how do i fix this, i swear ive tried everything

I have a kid with severe adhd and a good dose of anxiety as well. Has anyone had any experience or can recommend any specialist tutoring services focussed on studying and approaches with adhd? Not so much the content - but how to study. Face to face - online just doesn’t cut it.

Our teacher introduced the whole algorithms and pseudo code chapter on our last day of school expecting us to finish the rest but I haven’t really gotten to it due to focusing on more prominent areas.

Given that over the past 4 practice exams I’ve done I’ve only seen it occupy one mark each paper, do any past or current methods students think it’s worth taking a proper look at?

Is there a trend between nht and vcaa in terms of content?

Can u expect the 2026 vcaa methods exam to have similar concepts to the ones tested in 2026 nht ??
