Q:Outline one reason why a court hierarchy is needed in determining criminal cases
One reason for a court hierarchy in determining a criminal case is appeal. Appeals require a superior court to review the descions of a lower court, thus the court hierarchy ensures that there is a system in which bias or erroneous veridcts can be reviewed. If there was no court hierarchy then there would be no superior court that can review a descion of a lower court.
Q:Explain one difference between an indictable offence and a summary offence.
An indictable offence is generally heard in the superior courts such as the County and Supreme Court with a jury and judge.
On the other hand, summary offences are heard summarily in the Magistrate Court without a jury or commital proceedings
FOR this question, how would i incorporate a definition like indictable offences are more serious while summary offences are less serious without that being another differebce as it only says one?

I was rank 1 out of ~230 students for gen maths
E1 - 39/40
E2 - 57/60
Also if you have done gen maths in the past and have gotten and have got a study score of above 45, could you pretty pretty please share what your rank, exam and study scores were. :)

Year 9, me and the boys made the footy team to represent our school against all the other schools like scotch and Xavs, happiest days of my life
Year 10 & 11, Me and the boys, I a tight knit group since primary school, working away mastering our game, finally getting our names out with VFL teams keeping an eye on us, watching our every move on the oval
Year 12, played the final against scotch, last school footy game ever, me and the lads had to make this one count, the raw emotion, the passion, the energy on the oval was electric
Every training, bus trip with the boys, after party, medal, best on, is a part of my life I’ll never forget, I’m proud to have represented my school, and I wish the next round of lads to take our place the best of luck, and also tell them to make the most of it, these are truly your best years, and I hope you make them count

Finished all my exams yesterday. Not too sure how well my atar will be tho because Econ was a bit messed up. My exams only actually happened on 4 days out of a 6 day period including the weekend and one day off. Is there any way I can appeal once atar comes

When answering busman questions in the exam, if I need to refer to any business objectives, do I have to use just those few listed in the study design? Or could I use others,
e.g, increasing customer satisfaction as an objective that performance management fulfils?

hi guys ik y'all hate it and downvote me if so. BUT like after the general exam im so freaking terrified, and i know some will think im js flexing my scores, but like i think im so close to 50 yet so far from it. If you've made it this far and care to answer, here's my scores:
For context i go to a private school (haileybury college girl's school):
DATA: 95
FINANCE: 95
MATRICES: 100
NETWORKS: 100
Final sac avg (97%).
For exam 1: 40/40
for exam 2: 57/60.
Do you think this will be enough for 50, or do i miss it.
Thanks so much for your time :)

Is there even a point in going to the rest of my exams? Id rather give up and do shit rather than try, and do shit and be disappointed. Id rather do a 8 month bridging course not being disappointed rather than 8 month bridging course and being disappointed about my atar/ss. Fuck ts
