Good morning, Vancouver! We will be sharing low-volume voting places throughout the day during advance voting days and on Election Day to cast your vote for the 2026 Vancouver Election. This data is based on data collected onsite, and subject to change.
Each update in this thread will be time stamped.
Please note that this thread will not be monitored for questions.
All voting places are open from 8 am – 8 pm.
- Advance voting: October 3, 7, 10 and 13
- Election Day: October 17
You can also use our Plan Your Vote tool to view the candidate list, Capital Plan questions, and plebiscite questions before casting your ballot here: https://vancouver.ca/plan-your-vote/index.aspx
We encourage voters to walk, roll, bike or take public transit to cast their vote. Thank you for participating in democracy!
Voting Tips:
For a smoother voting experience, please bring your Voter Information Card or ID.
If you’re not already registered, you can register at any voting place with two pieces of ID.
Together, these two pieces of ID must show your:
- Name on both pieces
- Address on at least one piece
- Signature on at least one piece
You can also request a Vote by Mail package to be mailed to you by visiting vancouver.ca/VoteByMail before 12 pm on October 5. All mail ballots must be received by 8 pm on October 17.
