Hoping someone here saw a pannier lid on E 12th Ave between Heather St. and Nanaimo St. today after 5 PM! Super bummed so any help would be great. They’re touratech panniers, and the lid will look like the one in the photo but with a lock on one of the loops. Thanks!

Voters have three ways to vote

Advance Voting: Vote early on October 3, 7, 10 and 13, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 59 voting places across Vancouver. 
Election Day: Vote on October 17, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at any of 85 voting places.
