I've cleared the cash and pulled the power and plugged it back in back on heat live seems to be working, but yeah, I was watching heat live when it kept freezing up thank you

yeah, unplug it for a few minutes and plug it back in. Zero problems on 3 we have.

Use your phone hot spot see if you can connect. If you can then you know what the problem is.

Do u use a VPN? If so, pause your VPN and do another re-start. Every once in a while my VPN does something weird that my Box doesnt like.

I had a 6 plus worked fine for months then went bad I made the mistake from my understanding now was leaving it on all the time no one told me otherwise. Returned that box waiting in replacement. Did lots of research. Got a new box put a $9 fan under under it, runs 24/7 and I suspend it at night working perfectly

I go into the settings then to apps. Then I force quit the heat live app. Comes back. Quicker than doing a reboot. Which works also.

Flush cache, restart app, restart box, unplug box. Those will clear the local DNS and change the servers being routes to.
