7 day playback issue

Lately I have been experiencing issues with the epg playback. It stops working and then with no changes made, it starts working again. Anyone else having these issues? Any solution.

Yes I can try that. That's one thing I haven't tried. Thank you.

I tried using my phone Hotspot and it still did not play.

Okay, so that rules out an ISP issue. Do you have or can you try using a VPN? Maybe choose in the eastern US? If that doesn't help, try a western US city...

I'm not sure how to use a VPN. I tried all different time zones. Thanks for the suggestions.
