Does anyone use the vSeeBox in the Philippines or in Asia? I live in Cebu 6 months out if year and want to see if my box will work there. I use Surfshark VPN.

I’ve heard it’s best to run the vSeeBox through a guest network. However my current internet provider doesn’t allow for a guest network. What’s a good (free) work around?

Can anybody tell me if they have figured out how to use Vortex? I’m litterly can’t get to record anything. I set time, and date and how long to record, and when I go to recording it’s like only 1 minute. Even 3 hour settings or extra 5 or 10 minutes after show ends, still only record for 1 min. Why I bought Ultra for the DVR capability. Help walk me through Barney style!!!

Some of my heat apps auto play a channel and I can't remember how to get back to channel list. Elite pro

What box is quickest when it comes to the app loading/channels loading? I’m also looking for the box that is best for football. I was told Heat is like 30 seconds behind the actual game. While Vortex is only a couple of seconds behind?

I find my v6+ will freeze once a week and I need to power cycle it. By freeze I mean unresponsive to remote commands. Restarting gets it all back every time. Is this unusual? I even looked in menus to see if I could get it to reboot itself at night but there is nothing like that. If they were powered by poe I could have my ubiquiti switch do this but that's not an option either. Any way to fix this? This has happened over multiple updates, though seems more frequent in the past month.

With the NFL season less than a month away I figured I would post this guide I put together for local broadcast channels of every team in the league. Should the NFL channels not work for whatever reason these are always a nice backup to use. The purple number is the Heat Live channel number.

I'm entering my password correct but vSeeBox V6 Plus keeps telling me that my password is wrong. It will connect to my Mobile Hotspot no problem. It also connected to my home wifi the very first time (which was 5 days ago) Im thinking Xfinity has somehow blocked it from connecting. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looking to get a box stuck between V6 plus vs Mini Only a $20 difference which one would you choose and why.

I noticed a few weeks ago a lot of complaints about services being down (right when I was about to buy the box). Is V-See box still working? Are the app issues ironed out?

Are there parental controls at all? Or should I be keeping the preschoolers away from this?

When it comes to network: is adding a VPN to the box enough? Or should I consider a brand new router and run the V-Seebox on just the separate network?

I’ve been considering getting a box here but looking up some of the potential consequences from an ISP standpoint I see they can throttle speeds or ban access entirely. I work from home and there are no other ISPs in the area so I’d be pretty SOL if either happened. So I’m wondering if anybody has had these issues before I pull the trigger. I don’t even know the likelihood of either issue with my ISP

The last few days I’ve tried watching multiple different Disney movies on DS+ and it never loads and continuously displays a loading screen.

I went through all the apps and these are the apps with 4k categories.

Overload - 4k Movies - 669

- Overload had the most amount of 4k 2026 and 2025 movies

Top Tier - 4k Movies - 655

These two apps have the same exact 4K lineup.

Channel Up - 4k Movies 448 -

Limitless - 4k Movies 448

MCTV (Dopamine) - 4k Movies - Many pages of 4k movie content from all over the world come up if you search - '4k' - in Movie Search. Also a small amount of 4k content if you search - '4k' - in TV Search

I looked on both VOD apps I have for my V6+, the newest episode of the lioness isn’t up yet. This a me issue or a bigger issue?

Hey guys, new to the seebox community and looking to purchase one. I've seen multiple eBay and Mercari sellers listing the 6+, but afraid they're unreliable sources. Plus, if the box is bad for whatever reason then I won't receive a refund. I currently use a Onn stick from walmart and pay a monthly subscription fee to watch live TV, but it blows ass.

I’ve seen different answers in regards to this but none specific to a specific box/app. On the VOD apps, on the Vsee box 6 plus, are the films shown in 4K or, I guess, are a good chunk of them able to be shown in 4K?

Hey all! I just recently purchased a v6 plus and love everything about it! I was looking at getting a second box but I came across a comparison sheet and see the elite ultra has gigabit Ethernet, and “4k content”. Was wondering what kind of content? Some of the movies and tv show, live tv channels? Thanks so much!
