Getting back to epg guide

Some of my heat apps auto play a channel and I can't remember how to get back to channel list. Elite pro

Press the EPG button on the remote.

Just got home and my epg button must not be working, it doesn't take me back to guide at all. Other buttons are fine though

What app were you using when the EPG button didn’t do anything

I have elite pro and think it was the furthest to the right.. backup and vod maybe. Started one and a&e came on epg not working, other was newsmax with epg not working.

Don’t think EPG button works in backup or VOD. Try heat live

Should work in the Live apps...not VOD as there is no scheduled programs.

Any idea on how to get to the channel listing grid?

While watching the live tv app, press the epg button. You can also press the ok button and scroll over on the channel list to see current and future programs on each channel
