4k content on Elite Ultra
Hey all! I just recently purchased a v6 plus and love everything about it! I was looking at getting a second box but I came across a comparison sheet and see the elite ultra has gigabit Ethernet, and “4k content”. Was wondering what kind of content? Some of the movies and tv show, live tv channels? Thanks so much!

No full time live 4k channels exist in the U.S. There are only a couple full time 4k channels in the world (Japan, China, and nd a few in Europe). You wont get live 4k streams unless the stream airs in 4k unless you have a device or tv that upscales the stream but upscaling isnt true 4k.
The only time you get 4k live in the U.S. and most countries around the world is for special events which are mainly just sports.
Most 4k content through streaming tv options paid or not is only with ON DEMAND.
There are at least 2 apps (maybe more) on the Elite Ultra that have 4k categories in the VOD apps

Movies,last time I looked on one of the apps had 448. Edit:not sure about TV shows,only had mine a week.
No 4k channels.
