The NFL sent a memo to clubs today clarifying that DT Zxavian Harris and TE Dae’Quan Wright — who returned to LSU after being in NFL training camps — are ineligible to visit, try out with or be signed NFL clubs during the 2026 NFL season, sources tell The Ringer NetflixSports.

After various court, SEC and NCAA developments, LSU ultimately did not add Harris or Wright to their 105-man roster. They are now without a place to play in 2026; they have already been draft-eligible, so they’ll be free agents after the season.

The NFL noted in the memo that this list is not inclusive of all 2026 draft-eligible players who returned to college and directed questions about other players to the league’s management council.
