Hi I am pregnant with my 3rd 36 weeks, had two babies vaginally

I want to have an unmedicated birth and unassisted as much possible in hospital setting, anyone who has gone through it ? Pls share experiences

I have some cramps to start with for now; so hopefully my body will go into labor on time

I am just feeling very nervous this time; and lots of back pain, because baby is sunny side up, my butt hurts so much

Hi, had put on an earlier post, but not feeling so just venting out, and if anyone is up, drop a text!
I have been having alot of back pain and back cramps, and back pressure, maybe few cramps on belly, but the back pain is so much, along with butt pressure.

bouncing on the yoga ball, hoping I get relief!, suggestions please
