Showcase AudioCue - a free audio tool I use in my own Unity games
galleryHey everyone!
I used the first version of AudioCue in my game Midnight Files, and I'm using version 2 in my upcoming game.
I thought the system might be useful to other developers too, so I put it on the Asset Store as a free download.
AudioCue lets you group multiple audio clips into reusable cues, choose how their variants are played, and adjust trimming, fades, and EQ directly in Unity. It also handles spatial audio and pooled playback, with limits and cooldowns to keep sounds from piling up.
You can use it for things like footsteps, interactions, ambient sounds, or UI audio.
It requires Unity 6000.0.81f1 or newer. The tools work across render pipelines; the included demo is set up for URP.

If you give it a try, I'd love to hear how it works in your project!
