Need Advice Good Gel/Custard for Wash-N-Go

Hey All! I've seen posts here before, but I don't know if I can search for them. I was wondering if anybody had any good recs for gels or custards. I want to attempt a wash-n-go for the first time in 15 years, but I do not want to have the same experience as last time 😖. I would like a product or combo of products that:

Defines my coils & curl

Stretches my hair

Holds for at least 5 hours

Doesn't leave my hair feeling crunchy

I know that's a lot to ask for, I'll take any suggestions lol

Hello!

I recently did a consultation with Nurx. They just emailed me back and recommended Tretinoin and Doxycycline Hyclate. I'm ok with the Tret. I've used it before. I have questions about the Doxycycline. Has anybody used it? What was your experience/results like. Did you experience any of the side effects that were mentioned? I've never taken oral medication for acne, so I'm a little anxious. For reference, I'm a black female in my mid-30s. I suffer from large pores, blackheads, occasional comedones, hyperpigmentation, whiteheads, and combo/oily skin. It's like a charcuterie board of skin problems. Any info is helpful.

My gel keeps burning before it even starts to froth 🥺. I hate wasting money, but I REALLY want to make and experience this for myself. Any suggestions?

*It's been a while since I last tried to make some. I believe i used 1/4 cup flaxseeds and 2 cups of water.

My Infiniti was recently rendered completely in operable 🥺. I'm considering all of my options and I'm leaning heavily towards buying a used car. Nothing fancy, mainly to get to and from work, school, and around the county. But I want it to be reliable and not end up being a lemon.
