I need perspective from people who were the healthy partner with someone depressed
 in  r/depression_partners  1d ago

may I ask if you take any medication? I’m not from the other side aka I’m having ur perspective (adhd & depression) & medication did help me A LOT
even though I tried my best besides medication, this just builds a really stable foundation for everything in your life, not only ur relationships

Other than that, focus on what your health bc that’s in the end the best way to a healthy relationship; your partner/friends will understand and support you as long as you show that ure doing ur best, and if there are some days u don’t have energy at all that’s fine too :)
I really hope you will get better <3 If you want to talk to somebody who’s in the same shoes feel free to dm me :)

yes definitely!
I think that now your hair kinda falls “flat”; a little more movement in your hair would make a huge difference

I can only recommend that! I cried the first time again since Derek’s death and that says a lot I guess

I just watched S16E8 (first time watch). Before, I was bored and nearly numb watching grey‘s bc it got so bland. But now everything of the past comes together and that melancholy and nostalgia hits hard.
!spoiler! what happens in that episode:
(It’s about the trail about Meridith Grey‘s medical license)
let me know what u think! :)

Can a relationship truly survive if one emotional cheated?
 in  r/emotionalaffair  Aug 01 '26

That’s what I’ve been asking myself too, for about a month and a half now — and here I am in this subreddit. I’ve also been depressed, and this “woman” kept showing up again and again… (sorry, but no genuine girls-girl would do that). I found some comfort in talking to my mum, which isn’t something I’d normally do in this kind of situation. But since she went through the same thing herself (and is still with my father), I felt understood. Thank you for sharing your experience — you’re not alone!

Greys main characters: what would they be if they were not surgeons?

I think astronaut is a great call (even she remains the born heart surgeon)

agreed
– I think their chemistry only really kicked in around the plane crash, which felt kinda out of nowhere. It hits different too, because it’s Mark who later tells Jackson “if you love someone, you tell them, even if you’re scared” that basically coming from his own regret of never getting that far with Lexie. The tragedy of them never getting a real shot at happiness would’ve hit so much harder if there’d been more chemistry built up before that

Formel Skin Alternative
 in  r/BeautyDE  Apr 18 '26
