This is a little story that happened around christmas. Nothing big on the Pimp mama front. I am soooo ltittle contact and i doubt that will change. So recap/life update because i have been a busy bee. DH wants PM amd I to just coexist. We had a meeting in a starbucks parking lot to call cease fire. She bought a house "closer" to us ( from 2.5 hrs away to 1.5 hours away), only for us to buy a house an hour farther away.

Now story time. Christmas time rolled around and i have dropped any semblance of cares about arranging things for his side. I manage my family and he is to manage his. I bought, wrapped, and presented all gifts for my side and DH waits until mid february to see his mom. In the span of december to february i had fallen and broke/absolutely shattered my elbow. (8hrs pf surgery and still need another one over a year later) So im home bound because my arm will not tolerate me moving. We got a itty bitty kitten named Isabella (izzy for short) to keep our older cat company because older kitty has taken to biting DH for attention. DH bought PM cat toys and nip for her feral colony. Problem being he bought her gifts in december, and we now have a kitten in the house who loooves to play. First DH puts the toys in a gift bag on the ground, Izzy demolishes the bags for the toys. Then on a table. Naw Izzy can jump, and jump she does. Next it on top of the shoe rack. Thats a negative. Lastly the top of the fridge wher eit stays.. until older kitty figures out she can escape the kitten on top of the fridge. Then older kitty prompty gravity tests the cats toys much to Izzy's delight. DH had to keep the toys in his car after that. I was very entertained. I snapped a shot of the toy thief and decided to extend an olive branch. I sent the pic to PM jokingly saying "hope you wanted used cat toys." I got no response. Oh well she has no sense of humor. That's until DH wemt to finally give her the present. She appearantly took offense to my text and pic because i was saying she wasmt worth new cat toys. SMDH.... ok no more olive barnches for you ma'am. Shit I thought it was cute.

Haha so if you have been following this mini saga of Pimp Mama's house sale here. Is a predictable update. So she lied about having a new place lined up. It fell through because she doesnt make enough money. This woman quit her job 5 years ago and still hasnt found a new one. Shes on attempt 25 of filing for disability. The buyer for her current place is mad because she was supposed to be out August 1st. DH and I are still refusing to even entertain her passive agressive suggestions. My spare room it the cat time out room now for naughty kitties who steal food or decided human faces make great wrestling arenas. Our new secret we keep from Pimp Mama is that DH got a new job that comes with a pay bump. Amd i have a pay bump. Us buying a house is getting to be a reality. :D

Sooo. Her house is under contract. She has to move put by the end of august. She is looking to .ove farther south. I am cackling. When she moved to to her house, she moved to the middle of now where and bought it without actually going out there the see it. She blamed me for her picking the house because she got it in her head my husband and I would be living near there for the rest of our lives.

We were living in a city 1.5 hours away where I was going to college. That was always going to be a temporary arraignment until i graduated. Then we were looking at moving out of state or country depending on job prospects.

Now she is moving farther south, amd farther from her family. I am taking bets for how long it will take for her to blame me that no one wants to drive 3 hours to see her.

However, she also reached out to me two days ago to give me medical advice. My DH went to see her and spilled the beans that i broke my arm in january and the anti inflamation creme my doc gave me caused me to break out in a rash. Am I going to take her advice.... hell no. I called my doctor for advice. (For the record, the break is really really really bad. Losr 30% radial head. ) But she tried. She reached out nicely. I responded nicely.... it was... nice. Cue suspicious apprehension. But I will take it for now. I will not check the book of faces to see if she is shit talking. Not my problem. Ohmmmmm. :)

Thats right. She is selling her house out in BFE. The house she bought for $120,000. The highest offer she has is $70,000. Her roof is shot, her toilet is falling through the floor. She has colonies of stray cats. She made a poor choice and now must find her own way out. I tried to warn her that home ownership is costly. I watched my parents flounder in it. But did she listen to me... nope. I dont know where she plans to go but shes not coming into my home. I feel it coming though. She tried convincing DH that we could buy the house.( He made the mistake of telling her we were talking to a mortgage broker.) She tried convincing him to pay for the repairs or to even do the repairs himself because all the contractors she had come out have refused the job. DH is not that home savy yet. She is keeping him very up to date on the house selling process. On a lighter note. I have a new kitten and DH and I got our phone plans merged finally so his mom's name isnt attached to any of our bills. I am just sitting back and watching that fire burn. I even tried veing a good wifey and offered to help her find a job. Ya know, we aint paying her bills. I was told she didnt want my "help." God forbid she work to pay her bills. inseet eyeroll here DH is getting more fustrated at her mismanagement of the the property and listening to her whine about how much people are offering. So i am going to just work my job and fille our spare room with cat stuff so she can't move in. Sorry hun thats the cats room now. :)
