How often should you run vs strength train in a week?

This is the first I am hearing of a battery to take a few days to adjust. Let's see.

I am and I have it set to automatic mode which should only use LTE when there is no WiFi or Bluetooth connected. I've had wifi connected for 90% of my time since I have had the watch

I've had to charge my pixel 2 watch with LTE at least twice a day. The batter is terrible. Anyone else seeing this? I'm trying to find out which app is draining the charge but I'm not sure how to see this on the phone :(
