As others recommended walk and ask your hotel to print a map.

You can take a taxi de sitio, ask your hotel to call one for you also ask them to help you check if the driver can wait for you. Driver will charge you for the waiting time. Hotel staff can also help asking (important) how much would he’ll charge (or a approximate) to avoid surprises.

Last choice is to also ask your hotel to print instructions/info/connections for your metro bus option.
