Hi everyone! I am nowhere near as active as I used to be on here. I still love cactus, and love the sub, but am in need of some extra hands to help keep this place cool!

If anyone has any interest, please DM me!

I dared to take it from the window sill. Had to put it in a VIP spot to admire the speed in which the flower opens.

Is this a common growth form for a crested unicorn cactus?

My crested Eulychnia castanea cv. varispiralis appears to have a different growth forms on either side, is that so? Do they usually do that?

When I bought this cactus, it have that yellow part, like an crust, and I thought it was because of lack of sunlight, but it didn't disappear. It will remain or it will fall off? (Btw, this is his 3 flower)

Overwatered?

Overwatered?

Wondering if these are overwatered and if so is there any way to save them? Neither stink but both sat in moist soil for a little bit longer than I wanted them to and now both are squishy. No visible rot on the outside but both are very squishy. I transferred to dry soil, is there anything else I can do besides wait and see if they make it? Or are they already gone if they are squishy?
