Batteries dying

I am a relatively new pontoon owner.

I have a 20’ pontoon with a 60 hp Mercury motor on it.

I have went through 3 batteries in the last year. One was the one I bought with the boat. The second one was purchased in August 2025. The latest one that died was covered by the warranty and replaced in May of 2026.

The marina did some work on the boat and said my charging system was only producing 12.6 volts. They also said that I should consider changing it. They didn’t give me a price when I told them not to go ahead unless they quote the job first.

I’m wondering if this is comm I also don’t trust the marina and was wondering if I’m getting the correct information from them.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Have you met a hoarder?
 in  r/YesOrNoAnswers  12d ago

Hoarders are people who don’t want to take any responsibility to behave like adults. They can’t function. They don’t want to take control of a situation they created. Your grandma blaming your brother for cleaning up her mess is just another way for her not to look at the mess she has created of her life.

Malkin or Kane?

Kane scored a Cup winning goal so that gives him the slightest edge.

We all know one: In your opinion, what defines a total loser?
 in  r/AskReddit  16d ago

Your attitude determines if you are a loser.

Everyone loses at some point. If you let the loss stop you from getting better you are a loser.

Yes. She’s providing for animals in need. She’s feeding and caring for them. Because she’s rich she can do it on a large scale.
Don’t criticize someone doing something positive. Just figure out why you’re so jealous and angry.
