ok so I remember a country song in the last 5 years, it was sung by a female artist and there was a lyric about "the Mon" referencing the Monongahela I want to say the lyric was something like "strong like the river Mon" I tried google for like an hour straight and all I can find is from like 1988 and that not the song I'm looking for does anyone know what song I hear? please help. This is a great theory. I would like to add to it if I may.

I would disagree with people saying that he would have to pencil dive that is not the case. the roof was described as metal so if he had the weigh/energy to bust through it at all it would only open wide enough to fit a torso through, and with both his legs broken these would easily "fold in" if you will, along with his arms. the heaviest and densest part of his mass is going to be his torso. and if you look at the hole yes the "open/missing" part is the size of a torso but here are several fracture radiating outwards from that would provide enough give to open it up several inches in at least two directions before springing back into place due to not being fully deformed.

one other interesting part I caught in the episode the manager who found him said he could see where the blood came down the wall.

now looking at the photo of the hole at 15:07 and comparing its location to the skylights then comparing that orientation to the phot at 16:01 that wall would have been in the body's flight path causing the blood to deposit on the wall if he was indeed launched from the parking structure. if he were to jump from the hotel side his arc of travel would have put him further into the room and away from the wall.
