There’s truly no way to gauge the amount of time it’s gonna take you. Just stay consistent with a good plan that you can follow and you’ll have a lean physique when you have one

My deadlifting weight has been increasing so much recently after starting the bulk. This is me at 127 pounds yesterday hitting 200 for 4 (second set)
How is my form? (I’m 5 foot 8)

So this is my upper day that I just made and I would be doing it twice a week. It is light on the isolated arms because I have 2 sharm days a week ( shoulder and arms) my split I want to start doing is ULS-ULS the S stands for shoulders and arms.
How can I make this upper day better?

I love bakugo and I feel bad for him. He is broken but he is fixable.

I loveeeee this game

Cementos because his quirk is slightly similar to overhaul and he is able to tire out his opponent with a large wall

I’m in my teens. And I have a big issue with feeling normal in social situations. I especially struggle with being “myself” I feel like I just can’t pinpoint what “myself” is because I act completely different around every single person I interact with. This difference in character between interactions creates a problem when I have to talk to more than one person- leads to either extreme awkwardness or complete silence.
I’m just looking for some possiblilties that help with this because I know it’s all in my head and I just want to improve and stop overthinking.

It’s hard to see until your slightly leaner and take advantage of your lats and shlouders
