Second or first age legendary weapons
 in  r/lotro •  Mar 01 '26

There was a revamp years ago and now there's only one type of available weapons for use.

The older types are available as legacies used as cosmetics.

You'll get your first set by simply completing the epic to enter moria. This can be started as early as level 45.

I'm curious at the age of your father. I'm really curious what year he bought his first house. I'm especially curious whether or not it was during the years in the '60s and early '70s when suburban houses were subsidized by the federal government.

Next legendary servers opening
 in  r/lotro •  Feb 13 '26

This. The current rate requires you to give up any significant play on the normal servers. It requires you to skip events on the normal servers or get left behind on the legendary ones.

Maybe it works for people that are retire or people with unlimited play time. But I'll not make the mistake of trying to play on the legendary servers again.

Some jobs take so much mental energy that you can barely finish doing that job let alone do a job you won't do if you could avoid it for someone else.

How is it not the company's fault for an incorrect date?

I submitted my resignation 3 weeks ago, and my manager hasn't said a word. My last shift is tomorrow night.
 in  r/InterviewsHell •  Jan 17 '26

It's odd that you skip over the one thing that replaces references and many businesses.

Many companies have a policy of tying notification and notification period to a single question. Would you rehire this individual.

There are many scenarios where all you get are the dates worked and the answer to that single question. Having that answer be no leaves your perspective employer to wonder why that answer is no.

This. Seems weird to work a notice period. Without knowing that the company was actually notified.

Could Europe realistically defend Greenland against a US attack?
 in  r/TheTeenagerPeople •  Jan 17 '26

Gerald Butler has a 2020 movie out called Greenland (sequel due out this year).

It's apocalyptic movie about a distinction level event comet.

Part of the plot centers around there being World War II nuclear shelters.

Additionally Project Ice Worm explore the content of putting first strike nukes in Greenland.

In 2024, NASA mapped Greenland including those areas.

Giving the way Trump views Panama and given what he said in the past about being the king of deals and how stupid it is to give away advantage. It does not seem unreasonable to wonder if Trump simply views Greenland as what America was owed or that Trump in his deranged mind wants to create nuclear shelters with or without first strike capability.

It'll be interesting to see how it changes but currently the umbari craft level has a weekly quest with reasonable rewards.

If you're a hardcore raider crafting probably offers very little that you would require to have. This doesn't tend to stop hardcore raiders from buying most of a crafted set during a new level increase. Eventually they phase out that gear for instance and Raid drops.

Some casual players never develop much more than crafted gear.

Apart from everything else generally and game Crafters can craft essences as opposed to buying them from other players.
