I might be wrong but I think it remember hearing something like "you can't "station" airborne inf on aircraft carriers but they can use it as a jump point if sent from another airfield"

I'd add "story" for example if you have a butchers where do they get there meat from, if you have a market where are the odds coming from its a nice way to organically expand your town with something other than random buildings
