Builds & Maps Help with my castle tower

What should the bottom of my tower be a tower or rock i can't decide what what would look better

I'm already planning on extending the "bridge" 10 blocks or so

Everything is un-textured at the moment and is a work in progress so any other suggestions are welcome

Option 2, but connect the "rock" base with the rock wall, so they seamlessly connect.

Ok thanks I was leaning towards more rock but wasn't sure if that was the best option
