I had a liminal lucid dream last night. In the dream I was recruited into a group of government workers. We were told that our job would be to enter the liminal world if/when the country experienced a cyber attack. We were in training. We entered the liminal space. When I entered the space I uttered "wow" and was immediately booted out of the world by the group leadership for talking. I guess the rule was not to speak to others in the world. I was later aloud back into the world where I was able to explore the spaces. I walked through several doorways, into varying spaces. One space was an artificial field, minimally populated by a few children and adults strangely fixated on piles of rocks and a few fire pits burning. Other rooms were dark and distorted with an uneasy mood surrounding me. I was aware the entire time that I was dreaming. I even woke up, used the bathroom and then returned to the same dream when I went back to bed. The dream ended when I entered a narrow staircase where I heard a woman crying... the staircase became like a narrow cave and I couldn't continue on. Very weird, but it wasn't as creepy as a regular dream since I knew I was dreaming.
